I believe this is due to repair bills being high and technicians tending to not be very good business people; they speak a language no one understands. Along with horror stories of being ripped-off, up-sold and inadequate repairs, there’s a lot against the auto repair industry in the face of marketing. I worked with Community Auto to rebrand the company and along with that, their website was in need of a major overhaul. We collaborated with a website design firm to build a beautifully unique theme that would cement the new brand and I developed the content. SEO was a major focus and now the website consistently ranks in either the 3,5, or 7-pack and Google Maps for over 30 targeted keywords.
